Returns Policy — untied®

1. Return period

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the item. If you do not notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, your right of withdrawal expires.

Changed your mind before your order has been shipped? Because we produce on demand within 3–5 working days, you can cancel your order free of charge before shipment. Email us as soon as possible at info@get-untied.nl, stating your order number. We will refund the full amount using your original payment method.

2. Condition of returned items

You may try on clothing in the same way you would in a physical store. To receive a full refund, please ensure that:

  • The item is returned unworn and unwashed, without traces of perfume, deodorant, make-up or smoke.

  • All attached tags and labels remain in place.

  • The original packaging is used where possible. This is not mandatory, but it is the more sustainable option.

Please note: if an item is returned with signs of use beyond what is necessary to try it on—for example, if it has been worn, washed, damaged or returned without its labels—we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund. In cases of substantial depreciation, this deduction may be significant.

3. Limited Drops and exchanges

Our Limited Drops are produced on demand and are available in a limited quantity during each drop. For this reason, we are unable to offer exchanges.

If you require a different size, return your current item for a refund and place a new order through our online store, provided the drop is still available.

Once it’s gone, it’s gone. When the production window for a drop closes, the item will not be produced again—including for exchanges.

4. Return shipping costs

To help reduce our environmental impact and keep our pricing fair, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are free to use a carrier of your choice.

We recommend always using a tracked shipping service and retaining your proof of postage. This protects you if the parcel is lost in transit. Without proof of postage, we cannot issue a refund if the returned parcel does not reach us.

5. How do I register a return?

Notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@get-untied.nl and including your order number. Alternatively, you may use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page.

Where possible, please reuse the original shipping packaging. Our mailing bags include a second adhesive strip for this purpose.

6. Refunds

We will refund the full purchase amount, including the original delivery costs based on our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notification.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or until you have provided proof that you have sent it back, whichever occurs first. Your refund will be issued free of charge using the same payment method used for the original order.

If you return only part of your order, the original delivery costs will not be refunded. If you selected a delivery option that was more expensive than our standard delivery service, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

Retourbeleid — untied® (NL)

1. Retourtermijn

Je hebt het recht om je bestelling tot 14 dagen na ontvangst zonder opgave van reden te herroepen. Na je herroepingsmelding heb je vervolgens 14 dagen om het item daadwerkelijk terug te sturen. Meld je je retour niet binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst, dan is de koop definitief.

Bedenk je je vóór verzending? Omdat wij on demand produceren (3–5 werkdagen), kun je je bestelling vóór verzending kosteloos annuleren. Mail ons zo snel mogelijk via info@get-untied.nl o.v.v. je ordernummer; wij storten het volledige bedrag direct terug.

2. Conditie van het item

Kledingstukken mag je uiteraard passen, zoals je dat in een winkel zou doen. Voor een volledige terugbetaling vragen we je:

  1. Het item ongedragen en ongewassen te retourneren, zonder sporen van parfum, deodorant, make-up of rook.
  2. De aangehechte tags/labels niet te verwijderen.
  3. Waar mogelijk de originele verpakking te gebruiken (niet verplicht, wel zo duurzaam).

Let op: komt een item terug met gebruikssporen die verder gaan dan passen — gedragen, gewassen, beschadigd of zonder labels — dan mogen wij de waardevermindering die daardoor is ontstaan in mindering brengen op je terugbetaling. Bij ernstige waardevermindering kan die inhouding fors oplopen.

3. Limited Drops & Ruilen

Onze Limited Drops worden on demand geproduceerd in een gelimiteerd aantal stuks per drop. Ruilen is daarom niet mogelijk.

  1. Wil je een andere maat? Retourneer je huidige item voor een terugbetaling en plaats (zolang de drop nog loopt) een nieuwe bestelling in de shop.
  2. Op = op. Zodra het productievenster van een drop sluit, wordt het item niet opnieuw gemaakt — ook niet voor ruilingen.

4. Kosten van retourneren

Om onze ecologische voetafdruk klein te houden en onze prijzen eerlijk, zijn de kosten voor de retourzending voor rekening van de klant. Je bent vrij om een vervoerder naar keuze te kiezen. Wij raden aan altijd met track & trace te verzenden: met een verzendbewijs ben je gedekt, ook als het pakket onderweg zoekraakt. Zonder verzendbewijs kunnen wij bij vermissing niet tot terugbetaling overgaan.

5. Hoe meld ik een retour aan?

  1. Meld je retour binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst via info@get-untied.nl o.v.v. je ordernummer, of gebruik het modelformulier voor herroeping onderaan deze pagina.

  2. Gebruik bij voorkeur de originele verzendverpakking (onze zakken hebben een handige dubbele plakstrip).

  3. Frankeer het pakket en stuur het naar:

6. Terugbetaling

Wij betalen het volledige aankoopbedrag — inclusief de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten (op basis van onze goedkoopste standaardverzending) — binnen 14 dagen na je herroepingsmelding terug. Wij mogen wachten met terugbetalen totdat we het item hebben ontvangen, of totdat jij een verzendbewijs hebt aangeleverd. Het bedrag wordt kosteloos teruggestort via de betaalmethode die je bij de bestelling hebt gebruikt.

Retourneer je slechts een deel van je bestelling, dan worden de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten niet terugbetaald. Koos je bij je bestelling voor een duurdere verzendoptie dan onze standaard, dan vergoeden wij het standaardtarief.
